Where are you shipping from? VA, USA.
For EU customers! As on June 2022 I will start taking orders for EU customers (plush excluded) again! But please be advised, if there any are taxes and fees that are applied upon the arrival of the package, I will NOT be responsible! If you would like to be on the safer side, please order from my etsy (VAT fees apply)
When are items restocked? Usually I do not restock on items. Once they're out of stock, they're gone for good. My process is usually to have in-stock for conventions and sell leftovers online. Unless I get certain amount of inquiries on a certain item, I will do a one-time restock.
How long does it take for items to be shipped out? Usually within 5 - 7 days.
Is the international shipping provided the cheapest option? Yes, unfortunately that's the cheapest! I recommend that you purchase more than one item to make use of shipping costs. Please be aware that this does not come with a tracking number, but a customs number. I can not be responsible once the package leaves my hand. If you would like to upgrade via priority mail, please let me know ASAP!
Can I combine in-stock items with pre-orders? Yes! If your item hasn't been shipped yet, please message me ASAP! And I will send you an invoice! Please note that items will be shipped with pre-orders unless you pay separate shipping.
Do you accept returns? Unless I sent a wrong item, I do not. I make sure to package items with care. If the item is damaged during transit, a claim will have to to filed through USPS.
